The client has been working with Solwit since December 2019. The ERP system used previously was unable to cope with the frequent updates of the tax system in Latvia and the increase in the number of MyFitness branches. This necessitated manual verification and recalculation of information for up to more than 200 employees, which became impossible due to the high volume of work. Payroll alone took 4-5 days. It was important to optimise work processes, so Solwit was the client of choice.
Previously, all timesheets were filled in manually and there were more than 1000 timesheets. In addition, the leave system was completely manual. With Solwit’s solution, submissions, overtime and other processes were automated. Compared to the previous software, Solwit significantly reduced manual work and facilitated teamwork. In addition, all information from EDS is now available in the Solwit solution, thus reducing the need to print large volumes of documents.

Complex working time and payroll records
MyFitness schedules are mostly non-standard, so it was important that the software could easily adapt to them. Now the tables are received from the administration in the self-service system via the scheduling function.
Staff management
You can add staff to multiple units and schedule shifts in each unit, as well as specify bonuses or allowances in each unit if needed.
Leave applications and their processing
Leave applications, their processing and the transparency and digitisation of these processes are features that are highly valued by staff. Employees can also approve their own schedules, see full details of their leave. The system also makes it easier to find replacements, which is essential, for example, in non-standard situations. The system also allows staff to be sent a report with details of the calculation of their holiday pay.
Self-service HR portal
In the self-service portal, staff can request and approve leave, view their pay slips, see sick leave and holiday pay records, and plan rotas and substitutions. The system ensures transparency both at management level and between employees.
SMS reminders to change the next day
This function is particularly important as the company has many young employees who are also studying or working elsewhere.
Data export
Solwit ERP provides the ability to export data to business analytics tools, which means that Solwit can easily integrate and synchronise information with other accounting and financial management tools, improving data flow and reducing manual work.
