MyFitness has been working with Solwit since December 2019. The previously used ERP system was unable to keep up with frequent tax regulation updates in Latvia, as well as the company’s growing number of branches. This created a situation where payroll data for more than 200 employees had to be manually reviewed and recalculated, making the process increasingly unsustainable. Payroll processing alone took 4–5 days per cycle.
In addition, all timesheets were previously filled out manually, with more than 1,000 documents processed. The vacation management system was also fully manual. By implementing the Solwit solution, requests, overtime tracking, and other HR processes were automated. Compared to the previous system, Solwit significantly reduced manual work and improved team efficiency. In addition, all data from EDS is now available within the Solwit platform, eliminating the need for large volumes of printed documents.
