Before starting cooperation with Solwit, Mego used a self-developed system for payroll and HR management. Over time, however, the system became outdated and increasingly expensive and impractical to maintain. As a result, Mego began looking for a ready-made ERP solution, which marked the beginning of the partnership between Mego and Solwit. The main requirement for the ERP system was a fast and seamless migration from the old system to the new one. In addition, Mego’s management was looking for a software provider with proven experience working with large retail companies and similar workforce sizes. The Solwit ERP system proved to be the right fit for a smooth and efficient transition. Solwit also had experience with major retail clients – at the time of cooperation, our portfolio already included companies such as Top! and Rimi.
In addition to the “Payroll and HR” product, Mego was also interested in the HR Portal—a tool designed to simplify internal communication between employees, department managers, and HR. Among its many features, the most valuable were automated work schedule adjustments, shift planning, and the ability to generate thousands of timesheets.

Tax and sick leave data import from EDS
This feature automates approximately 90% of sick leave processing in the ERP system and ensures accurate payroll calculations, including overtime adjustments.
Previous month overtime recalculation
A critical feature for a large retail workforce. It ensures accurate overtime calculations, including periods affected by active sick leave.
Accounting entries
Export of accounting entries to a custom external accounting system, structured according to required analytical dimensions. Enforcement order import is also supported.
