    7. withdraw their consent to the processing of Personal Data; withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing of Personal Data carried out prior to the withdrawal, nor shall it affect the processing of Personal Data carried out on other grounds; in certain cases, the withdrawal of consent may prevent the Controller from performing, in whole or in part, any of its obligations towards the Data Subject;
    8. not to be subject to fully automated decision-making, including profiling, where such decision-making has legal effects, except where the decision-making is necessary for entering into or performance of a contract with the Data Subject, where the decision-making is permitted under applicable law or regulation, or where the Data Subject has given his or her explicit consent;
