You can access the system through a secure web browser using your assigned username and password. Each user is granted access rights according to their role within the company.

Yes, the system allows you to clearly define user roles and access rights. Each employee can be given access only to what is relevant to their job, limiting the data, actions, or modules they can see. This ensures both data security and internal control.

The Solwit self-service portal is available in English and Latvian, while the HR module is available in Latvian.

To ensure efficient use and excellent customer service, training and support from the Solwit team are provided during implementation. A user manual is also available if needed, and a professional customer support team is always ready to answer questions or resolve issues.
