Is the system available on mobile devices?

Yes! You can log in from any device, at any time. All you need is the internet.

Will employees' personal data be safe?

All personal data is protected in accordance with the GDPR and other data protection laws. Access to the system is protected by user authentication and role-based access rights. An activity log (audit log) is kept and the system is technically protected against unauthorised access.

How do I access self-service?

The system can be accessed via a secure web browser by entering your username and password. Each user is assigned access rights according to their role in the company.

Is it possible to restrict employees' access to different data?

Yes, the system allows you to clearly define user roles and access rights. Each employee can be given only the access appropriate to his/her job, limiting the data, actions or modules visible. This ensures both data security and internal control.

How many languages is the system available in?

The Solwit self-service portal is available in English and Latvian, while the HR module is available in Latvian.

Do I need training to use the system?

To ensure efficient use and guarantee excellent customer service, training and support from the Solwit team is provided during implementation. A user manual is also available as required and a customer support team of professionals is always on hand to answer questions or dispel confusion.
