Sales

The sales functionality allows you to reserve products, record shipments to customers, create orders and invoices, and track inventory levels. It ensures control over stock changes and timely order fulfillment. The system also supports loyalty programs through pricing and discount modules. To maintain accounts receivable discipline, it performs credit checks and can automatically block order fulfillment for debtor customers.

Purchasing

The purchasing module in the warehouse management system provides complete control over the procurement process. It allows you to plan purchases based on product turnover and use the MIN-MAX stock control method to maintain optimal inventory levels. The system automatically generates supplier orders, taking into account missing items, current stock, and planned delivery dates.
